The Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of data. Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the organization of this website (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the data.

This type of service allows viewing of content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this application and interacting with them. If such a service is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it may still collect traffic data relating to the pages where it is installed.

 

LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the user and/or for pre-cntractual measures;
processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller;

It is always possible to request the Controller to clarify the specific legal basis of each processing and, in particular, to specify whether the processing is based on law, required by a contract, or necessary to conclude a contract.

DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS

By contacting the Controller via email at info@atlantiscamper.com, users may exercise certain rights, within the limits provided by law, and in particular:
access their personal data;
obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data and know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or request its integration, updating, or rectification;
obtain restriction of processing;
receive the data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, transmit it to another Controller without hindrance;
withdraw consent at any time;
lodge a complaint.

Users have the right to obtain information about the legal basis for transferring data abroad, including to any international organization governed by public international law or established by two or more countries, as well as about the security measures adopted by the Controller to protect their data.

Users are informed that, if their data is processed for direct marketing purposes, they may object to such processing at any time, free of charge and without providing any reason.

The Controller provides the User with information regarding the request to exercise the User’s rights (pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than one month from receipt of the request, as provided for by Art. 12 of the GDPR. Where processing is based on consent for one or more purposes and for the processing of special categories of data, withdrawal of consent at any time does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
